These terms cover your use of this website, operated by United Water Restoration Group of East Grand Rapids. They are not the agreement for restoration work — that is a separate written contract you would sign before any work begins, and nothing on this site replaces it.

What This Site Is For
This site exists so that someone with property damage can reach us quickly and understand what we do. You may read it, print it, and use the contact details on it.
You may not copy its text or photographs for another business, scrape it, or use it to send us anything automated.
Contacting Us Is Not a Contract
Calling us or submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create an agreement, oblige us to take the job, or oblige you to hire us.
Work begins only after a written scope and authorisation that you have signed. Anything discussed on the phone before that is an estimate of what is likely, not a commitment on either side.
What We Do Not Promise Here
The guidance on this site is general. Every property is different, and what is true of most water losses may not be true of yours.
We describe how we normally work — the equipment we use, the order we do things in, how we document for an adjuster. Those descriptions are honest but they are not a guarantee about your specific job, and timescales in particular depend on the materials involved and how saturated they are.
Nothing here is legal advice, insurance advice, or a statement about what your policy covers. Your carrier and your policy decide that.
Insurance
Where we say we work with insurance carriers, we mean that we document a loss the way an adjuster needs it and coordinate with them directly. We are not public adjusters and we do not represent you to your insurer.
Whether a claim is approved, and for how much, is between you and your carrier.
Links and Third-Party Services
This site uses Google Analytics and a call-tracking service, and it may link to other sites we do not control. Their handling of your information is governed by their own terms, not by ours.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general guidance published here, from the site being briefly unavailable, or from anything on a site we have linked to.
This does not limit our responsibility for the restoration work we actually perform, which is governed by your signed contract and by law.
